PREMIUM LOADED DOUBLE LIP U-CUP
These heavy-duty rod seals feature improved extrusion resistance at higher pressures and larger clearance gaps for applications requiring low friction, and service at extreme temperatures. They include an elastomeric lip for sealability and an anti-extrusion ring for improved toughness. They’re commonly used with high pressure, mobile hydraulic applications; large extrusion gaps; and in high duty cycle and pressure spike applications.
Materials: Urethane or Hytrel® shell with Nitrile, Viton™, and a low temperature Nitrile top seal (Low temperature materials are available)
